Melbourne folk-pop duo and multi-instrumentalists Pierce Brothers have announced the September 25 release of their new EP Into the Dirt.
Into the Dirt was produced and recorded by Jan Skubiszewski (Dan Sultan, John Butler Trio, Daniel Merriweather) at the Way of the Eagle studios in Melbourne earlier this year. The EP features four original recordings including first single Overdose which will hit the radio airwaves on Monday 31 August. The EP will also feature two live tracks recorded at Amsterdam Kookt.
To celebrate the release, Jack and Pat Pierce are returning to Australia for the ‘Into the Dirt’ tour in September, October and November after spending the bulk of 2015 touring the world. The pair has performed over 50 dates across 15 countries, selling out multiple shows and performing at some of the world’s largest festivals including Pinkpop and Falls Festival.
